EVENT DETAILS, DÉCOR & LINEN

Toast the Host would be happy to work with you on all event details from entertainment and décor to printed menus and name cards and everything in between. Please bring any ideas you may have to our attention— we love helping your vision come to life!

Toast the Host can help provide linen for your event. Selections are custom and will be priced based on selection.

DINNERWARE

Toast the Host can incorporate the use of your china dinnerware, flatware and glassware.

If you prefer, formal dinnerware can also be rented from Toast the Host for an additional fee. Pricing is determined by menu.

DIETARY REQUESTS

Toast the Host understands that there are a lot of dietary restrictions and we take them seriously. Although we do not operate in a Allergen Free kitchen, if you or someone invited to your event has a restriction please let us know! Many menu items can be altered to accommodate dietary restrictions however, these accommodations might alter the price of the menu item.

SERVICE STAFF

It is our goal to make you shine at your event! The amount of Service Staff needed will be determined by menu, number of guests, amount of set up required and duration of event.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS

After selecting Toast the Host for your event, a contract will be issued requesting a 50% deposit. Your contract will include all the details and selections for your event. Final guest count is required 7 days before the event. Final payment is due 3 days prior to the event.
